I can still remember the past years that you always came home drank. You will give mama some money, just enough to buy food for the next day. Then, mama will nag at you because you prioritized buying alcoholic drinks for your own pleasure than for the food of your family.

Those times, I told to myself. I will never be a father the same way that you did. But you changed. You saw mama crying once she decided to go abroad in order to raise our family. Then you told her not to go away. You told her that we need her. You told her that you were the one to go on to the far land.

Little by little, I know you changed. To went and working from there in order to raise my younger brother and sister. You became a better dad.

Papa, you were not here when I graduated in college. You were not here when I got married. You know, that really hurt so much to me. And I know, you feel more than what I felt. I became a father. And I just realized this. You are a better father than me. And you became better and better. I hope, I can be as great father as you.

We miss you, We love you. Happy Father's Day!

New Domain

Hi everyone! Whoah! It's been a long time since the last time that I posted a new one. I just want to tell you that I bought a new domain. It's www.crypticness.com and I plan moving some of my contents to there specially the Untitled Article of Emotion.

No! It's not like what you are thinking that I am going to leave Beyond Crypticness again. I will never leave it again. Beyond Crypticness will be my official blog. The new domain will be for future business purposes but I will be writing there.

Another thing is that I will open the new domain for some writers who like to contribute some of their experience. For now, I am too busy for my work and family that I can't update. But still, I am always here. I hope that you will always be there too. LOL!

Race To Ten Random

I just finished coding this program for my mini contest. And now, it's your turn to test the randomness of the program.

I also included some twist in this small program. Instead of just picking a random winner, it will be now a Race To Ten game. But still, it is random. I made it a race to ten just to add some fun and excitement.

Please download and try this program. Don't worry, it is safe. I personally coded that.

Included in the package is the executable file, and the visual basic files that I used. If you knew someone who knows visual basic programming, you may let them check the code so that there will be no issue on the randomness of the program before the draw.

The program is very easy to use. There is only one command button there and the only purpose of that button is to pick a random number from 1 to 6. Download the program now and try it. Please leave a comment here if I satisfy you with that program.

Emotions Under The Rain

The near end of the month of May signals the end of the summer, end of vacation for the students and teachers, and the start of the rainy seasons.

When I was still a child, I used to have fun with the rain. I can still remember when my brothers and I create a paper boat during rainy days and let it sail on the flood. Well, those were just one of the happy moments with the rain. But now, as I grew years older (ehem), rainy days become sadder and sadder for me.

When there's a storm, I used to look outside from the window and watching how the rain falls and how it brings flood. I used to listen to metal/rock ballads for these kinds of moments. I hate the sound of the raindrops to the roof so I always turn the volume of the music so loud that I can only hear almost nothing from the raindrops.

As I am watching the rain, as the music plays contineously, I begin thinking of some things in my past. I usually ask myself why I didn't do that or why I did that or how am I going to do that. Unfortunately, that questions will remain just questions until the rain stops.

Sometimes, I reminisce my childhood days, or my highschool days. I start thinking and missing those they called "barkada" - the jamming moments, "inuman" sessions, "ligawan" blues, cutting classes (don't do this), fake and real group projects and activities, intramurals, prom, etc. Sometimes, it's fun thinking back but there are moments that I can't understand but I will just feel that tears began flowing from my eyes. I can still remember the quotes "Walang iwanan", "Pag nag-asawa ka kunin mo ko abay ha?", "Ninong at ninang kayo ng magiging anak ko sa future ha?", "Lagi tayo mag-reunion.", and more of something like those.

Here's a weird thing I do sometimes when raining. Would you believe that I am trying to look for a single drop of rain from the roof and I will not take off my eyes to it until it reaches the ground? I don't know why I am doing that.

Rain makes the surroundings feels colder. These times, I began missing of my love. We were not together when it's raining, mostly. Then I will start thinking of some challenges that we faced and passed through together. These were the most emotional thing I am thinking while watching the rain.

This is what I am everytime it rains. But rain is such interesting for me. I hope that I can post about that on the next few days. Can you share some of your rainy days emotions below at the comments area? If you only want to share. Thanks!

Last Song Syndrome - 1

I don't know why this song keeps on running inside my head since yesterday when I watched it's music video on YouTube. Yes, until now. It keeps my head banging from side to side. It keeps me saying the line "Did we play to become only pawns in the game?"

This song was entitled "Bye Bye Beautiful" which was sang by the symphonic metal band Nightwish. It was said that the song were written for the former vocalist of the band Tarja who left the band after getting married. There's also an issue that the true meaning of the song was a band member was in loved with Tarja and got jealoused when she got married.

I can feel some anger inside the song. I don't know if you can relate with this. I embedded here the music video I got from YouTube and below is the lyrics.

Miriam VS Pacmom

Are you ready to rumble?????

I am expecting this scenario from a defensive rich mother of the boxing champ, unfortunately, the Congressman. I don't know but I can't help to laugh about it. Atleast it gave me a morning smile. Very rare for me.

I copied few lines from what I read from yahoo news today.

“Ano tingin nila kay Manny, tau-tauhan? Di ba congressman sya?” - Pacmom

Well it's good that Miriam didn't fight back to what Pacmom has said. There's a saying, "Never argue to...." Ok! Let's forget about it!

To Pacmom, you said that your son is a Congressman, he must not be trashed. He must be respected. Yes, got that point. Your son is a Congressman. He must not need a help of a mother to fight what he believes in. Don't forget where you stand before.

I just saw this poll on Yahoo this morning. And ofcourse, I added my vote for what I am standing for. I am the 5912th who voted for who are in favor of the RH Bill. Yes! It should be passed into a law.

What If??!! - Issue 1

There are lots of things, possible things, that we are too curious about. There are times that we will ask ourselves or somebody, "What if this thing happens instead of that? What if... blah blah blah?"

I don't know if I am correct as I generalize everyone to be the same in this kind of thing. But I admit, I always see myself asking like that. My mind is a little adventurous on thinking possible yet happens least or never.

Here's my first issue of WHAT IF. It's about the upcoming NBA finals.

The two power teams were already beaten out - the Celtics and the Lakers. If you remember, they were the two teams who battled for the championship last year's season. But now, they had no chance to appear in the finals. The Lakers was beaten by the Mavericks with a sweep and the Celtics was beaten by the Heat. The Mavs and the Heat advance to their conference finals (Eastern and Western). Honestly, I want these two teams to meet in the NBA finals. I want Mavs to beat the Heat as a revenge for the last time they lost in the NBA finals. But if that happened, that would be a different story, a better story. It would be a battle between the High Flyers (Miami Heat) versus the Shooters (Dallas Mavericks).

As we all know, Heat has the power three - Wade, James, and Bosh. They're really superstars on their own. And definitely, their level of playing can make a team an instant champion, if and only if they play as a team. On the other side, they have my favorite NBA player, Nowitzki, together with other shooters, Stojakovic and Terry (I'll be glad if Ray Allen is also a Mavericks). If this happens, I doubt that any fan out there can miss the battle between dunks and 3-points. That will be a classic, for sure.

Another thing on my mind is, what if these two teams got beaten on their conference finals? I think, I want a battle between the Thunder versus the Bulls. Or let me change that. A battle between Durant and Rose. They led their teams that far for this conference. I want to see them battling for this years cup. But if that will happen, I want the Thunder to win. That would be very unexpected!

Is Marquez The Poverty?

I am going to repost what I have read on the GMA news website regarding on what MP has said.

"The biggest fight in my life is not in boxing, the biggest fight in my life is how to end poverty in my country."- MP.

Now, my question is, is Juan Manuel Marquez he (MP) talked about as he said that the biggest fight of his life is against the poverty in our country? If not, when is the schedule of the Pacquiao-Poverty fight? I want to watch that beside the ring.

After his match against Shane, I read on the Yahoo news that the next fight of MP was already scheduled. And he will fight again a rival (for me, it's a rivalry fight), Juan Manuel Marquez. Hmm.. I think, MP and the promoters are busy in making money as they are on the peak of their career right now. Aren't you tired of this? Is wearing a pair of yellow gloves enough to fight the poverty?

Well, Mr. MP, I congratulate you for winning though there's a little disappointment. But I think, people are more excited on your fight against the poverty. This is just a question. Are you a full-time boxer and part-time Congressman? Or the vice versa?

Sigh! Politics is still the same politics as before. Puro papogi! Puro salita! Puro dahilan!

There are too many issues and problems in the country to solve but the solutions are still behind. I believe that there are solutions but they're miles behind.

I hope that you will become the pound for pound Congressman if you are really serious in putting away the word "poverty" in the vocabulary of the Filipino people.

What if MP wears that yellow gloves, and wears barong tagalog as he come back to The House? Lol!

Another win for Mr. MP. I'm a little bit disappointed as MP being knocked down. I'm sorry, I don't have the picture of that.

But still, I am glad that he wins.

Another thing to be proud of was to Miss Charice who sang the National Anthem the original way. I am proud of you! You didn't care for the singing style. You sang for the country. That's an achievement.

Whenever I am thinking of what happened to my life now, I always see your greatness. You guided me from "since" until "then". I don't know if I became a good child before. I don't know if I became a good son for you. What I knew is that you built and molded me for what I am right now.

I know that sometimes you are just waiting if I have something to tell. But most of the times, I decided to just keep quiet. There are things in my life that I don't want to tell you. But please don't get mad about it. I just don't want to hurt you. You suffered a lot for me. I don't want to add another sufferings to you. What I want now is to give easiness to you. NO to HIV! NO to AIDS!

I have read a post from the blog of Sir XP about this event campaign. The same as Sir XP, I don't have any known friends who suffer from AIDS, but I am aware that many are suffering from this sexual transmitted disease.

For us who are not suffering from this deadly disease, do we know how much they are suffering? Do we have any idea? I doubt! The only reference that I have to know how they suffer is the internet. You may search if you want to.

I support this campaign.

Until now, this disease has no cure. The virus is stronger than any medicine that we have right now. Vitamins is not enough. Prevention is the only way to stop this. I am not a condom endorser so please don't get me wrong as I say that the proper use of condom is an efficient way of HIV spread prevention. It is actually one of the PRO-RH Bill is fighting for. And I am one of them. We are not ANTI-LIFE! We are PRO-HEALTH! PRO-HEALTH is PRO-LIFE.

I am encouraging everyone to support this anti-AIDS campaign.

Yellow Against Poverty???

I know what the color yellow represents for some Filipinos today. If you're going to ask an ordinary people on how he/she could see the color yellow, he/she might answer "Kulay ni Noynoy" or "Kulay ni Cory". This is not actually the color against poverty!

I have read a news that MP will fight against Mosley wearing a pair of yellow gloves. And according to him, boxing is not the biggest fight of his life. Poverty is now his biggest opponent. Well, as a Filipino, I appreciated the effort of saying that the fight against poverty is his biggest fight. But, honestly, I laughed on the news that he will be wearing a pair of yellow gloves as a symbol of unity! Sorry for this. I am a fan of MP as a boxer, not as a politician or a promoter.

What was there in the color yellow? A winning magic? It's like the President winning the election because of that color but still a looser against poverty!

Well, I hope that MP will not just win this upcoming match tomorrow. I hope, he will pursue his eagerness of winning against the poverty of the Filipinos.

My message for MP:

Please give a strong punch to all of the corrupt politicians out there! Don't wear any gloves! That will surely end up the poverty!

A Brief History of Beyond Crypticness Blog

Is anyone on the blogosphere can still remember the old Beyond Crypticness? I doubt! But if there is, atleast one, I would be very grateful.

I started blogging on way back 2009. That's February. Honestly, I have no idea on what is blogging before. I don't even have any idea of what is a blog. I just learned it from our 14th STI National Youth Convention when I was still in college (my last year of the course BSCoE). One of the speaker was a blogger. Maybe you knew him or you just dropped by in his blog when you're blog hopping. He is Spanky Enriquez of Manila Boy. There is one thing I cannot forget in his presentation. He showed us a picture of an emo guy. I know that you already knew how does an emo guy looks. All black! That caught my attention. Sir Spanky said that instead of coloring your nails with black, why not release your emotions in writing a blog. And that's when I started blogging.

A blog name is an struggle for me. I wanted a name that compliments what is the real me. So, I started searching the dictionary for some words. I looked for synonyms and meanings until I came up with the name Beyond Crypticness. Actually, the first name I came up with was Cryptic Mind but unfortunately, it was unavailable so I need to think and look for another one.

I blog about, mostly, my emotions on the first Beyond Crypticness. Don't be confused. This blog is the second time I published Beyond Crypticness since I deleted the first for some reason.

After few months of blogging, like what I have stated, I deleted the Beyond Crypticness. The reason was anger. Anger of what? Well, let me just put it in a secret box. Then I started a new blog, the Noble Vengeance. That blog is all about anger, loneliness, etc. I can say that it is an intense version of the first Beyond Crypticness.

Now, I want to become friendly again. On the first Beyond Crypticness, there are people who understand me though I know that's difficult. So, the objective is now clear. I am now officially launching again the Beyond Crypticness blog, the new Beyond Crypticness blog.
